This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding the Forbidden City in Beijing. The trail is a super easy out-and-back route with a total distance of 1.739 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.
As you begin your hike, you will pass by the historic attractions of Chengguangdian and Tuancheng, both located right at the start of the trail. Further along the trail, you will come across the city gates of Shenwumen, Kunlingmen, and Longfumen, each providing a glimpse into the ancient architecture of Beijing.
Midway through the hike, you will find the viewpoint at 4349688991, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding area. Make sure to take a moment to appreciate the scenery before continuing on.
Towards the end of the trail, you will encounter attractions such as Wanchunting and the Imperial Garden, known as Yuhuayuan. These spots are perfect for a relaxing break before heading back to the starting point.
