Hiking : Shivapuri Peak

This extremely difficult hiking route takes you to Shivapuri Peak, offering breathtaking views along the way. Starting at an elevation gain of 1270 meters, this 12.419-kilometer trail will challenge even the most experienced hikers.

At the beginning of the trail, you will come across the 'Lying Lord Vishnu' artwork, located just 0.18 kilometers from the start. As you continue, you will pass by muhanpokhari, a beautiful water feature at 1.96 kilometers from the start.

Midway through the hike, you will reach the famous Rest Point Cafe and Restaurant at 0.31 kilometers from the trail. Further ahead, at 6.21 kilometers from the start, you will reach the stunning Shivapuri Peak, the highlight of the hike with its panoramic views.

As you make your way back, you can refuel at the मुहान पोखरी खाजा घर restaurant, located 2.02 kilometers from the start. Along the way, you will also find the Budhanilkantha Family Kitchen & Bar and Marico Bakery & Cafe for a quick bite.
