Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by Margecany parking area before reaching Margecany stanica, an information point located right along the trail. As you continue, you'll come across Hostinec pod orechom, a pub perfect for a quick break. Further along the trail, you'll find Lesnica restaurant and Hnilecká cyklomagistrála information point.

About 2.2 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach Holý hŕbok, a natural peak offering stunning views of the surrounding area. This can be a great spot to take in the scenery and rest before making your way back.

Throughout the hike, you'll also come across various facilities such as benches for resting, cafes, and restaurants for refueling, as well as information points to learn more about the area's history and landmarks.
