This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Margecany, offering a moderate level of difficulty with a total distance of 6.456 kilometers and an elevation gain of 256 meters. It is an out-and-back trail, so you will retrace your steps to return to the starting point.

As you begin your journey, you will come across the Margecany memorial, situated just 0.4 kilometers from the trail start. Further along, at the 0.01-kilometer mark, you will find the Margecany information center, providing valuable insights into the area. For a quick refreshment stop, the Bar pod Bránou pub is located 0.32 kilometers into the hike.

Midway through your hike, at the 3.23-kilometer mark, you will encounter a viewpoint offering stunning panoramic views of the surroundings. Remember to take a break, hydrate, and enjoy the scenery. Additionally, there are various benches and facilities along the trail for resting and relaxing.

As you approach the endpoint, you will pass by the Volovské vrchy information center, just 0.04 kilometers from the trail's end. Finally, the route finishes at the starting point, where you can reflect on your journey through the picturesque Margecany area.
