This challenging 8.918-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning alpine landscapes around Hochfeldalm. As you start your journey, you'll come across a convenient parking area just at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to bring plenty of water and check the weather forecast before embarking on this nearly 4-hour hike.

As you trek along, you'll encounter various points of interest. About 1.15 kilometers from the start, you'll find the Kreuzwirt restaurant, a great spot to refuel and take in the scenic views. Further along the trail, at the 4.05-kilometer mark, you'll reach the charming Tischleralm alpine hut, which is open from June 16 to October 6 and offers a cozy place to rest and enjoy some local cuisine.

After a challenging ascent, at the 4.34-kilometer mark, you'll reach the Hochfeldalm restaurant where you can relax and soak in the breathtaking surroundings. From there, you'll make your way back, passing by the points of interest once more before reaching the trailhead.

With an elevation gain of 741 meters, this hike is not for the faint of heart. Make sure to wear sturdy hiking boots and take your time navigating the terrain. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or looking for a new challenge, this route offers a rewarding experience in the heart of nature.
