This challenging hiking route covers a distance of 8.177 kilometers with no elevation gain. The trail takes you through a picturesque area with various points of interest along the way.

At the beginning of the hike, you'll come across Grove Lock Marina, located approximately 0.21 kilometers from the start of the trail. Further along the route, at around 3.48 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter another water point.

As you continue on the trail, you'll find a bench to rest at approximately 3.8 kilometers from the start. Near the end of the hike, at a distance of 4.09 kilometers from the start, there is another water point available.

There is a pub called The Grove Lock around 0.03 kilometers from the start if you feel like grabbing a drink or a meal after your hike.

Remember to bring an adequate water supply and check the weather forecast before heading out on this hike. The trail is rated as difficult due to its length, so make sure to be prepared for a challenging adventure.
