This moderate 4.204-kilometer circular hiking route, known as Felsenweg, offers stunning views and various points of interest along the way. The trail begins at a parking area and passes by the Domaine Hirtz restaurant just 0.02 kilometers from the start, where you can enjoy a meal before or after your hike.
As you continue along the trail, you will come across the Ancien cimetière du Möllendorf, an old cemetery located 0.24 kilometers from the start. Further along the route, at the 2-kilometer mark, you will reach the Jagerdenkmal memorial, a historic site worth exploring.
The Rocher du Hirtzenstein viewpoint and the Rocher de Quartzite are located close to the trail, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area. Additionally, other attractions such as the Bohr Stollen, Goldbach, and the ruins of a historic site can be found along the way.
For a break, you can rest at the various benches and picnic sites situated along the trail, including the Ehrentafel Garde-Jäger memorial and the Leopoldsbad spring at 0.38 kilometers from the start.
Throughout the hike, you will encounter several viewpoints, including Jacques Chambaud and Bieberstein memorials, providing opportunities to take in the scenic beauty of the area.
