This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you to the Zwölferkopf peak, offering breathtaking views and challenging terrain.

Starting your journey at a parking area, you'll find the trailhead just a short distance away. As you begin your ascent, you'll pass by the Hexenalm restaurant, where you can fuel up before tackling the rest of the hike. Further along the trail, you'll come across the Hexenhaus attraction, adding a touch of whimsy to your adventure.

Around the midway point, at approximately 2.59 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Möseralm restaurant, a perfect spot to take a rest and enjoy a meal while taking in the surrounding scenery. As you continue onwards, you'll encounter the Zwölferkopf peak at approximately 6.43 kilometers from the start, offering panoramic views that make the challenging hike worthwhile.

Throughout the trail, you'll find various points of interest such as viewpoints, information stops, and benches where you can take a breather. Remember to stay hydrated and pack enough water for the journey, as well as checking the weather forecast before heading out.

With a total distance of 12.856 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1181 meters, this hike is not for the faint of heart. Make sure to wear proper hiking gear and prepare for a long day on the trails. And don't forget your camera to capture the stunning views along the way.
