This challenging out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning Poggio Meletone in a beautiful area.

As you start your journey, you'll pass by a parking area, ensuring you have a convenient spot to leave your vehicle. About 0.07 kilometers into the trail, you'll find a cozy cafe where you can grab a quick bite to eat before continuing on.

After a short distance, at around 0.12 kilometers from the start, you'll come across a drinking water station to refill your bottles and stay hydrated along the way. As you trek further, midway through your hike at approximately 4.25 kilometers, you'll reach the majestic peak of Poggio Meletone, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

On your descent back, at the 0.12 kilometer mark from the start, you'll find another opportunity to replenish your water supply. Additionally, there is a restaurant called "La Luna" nearby, where you can sit down and enjoy a well-deserved meal after your challenging trek.

With a total distance of 8.501 kilometers and an elevation gain of 219.0 meters, this hike is considered difficult and is best suited for experienced hikers.
