Welcome to the Carros de Foc - la Vall de Boí hiking route! This 12.047-kilometer out-and-back trail is not for the faint of heart, as it is classified as extremely difficult due to its 877.0 meters of elevation gain.

Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey through the stunning natural beauty of the area. As you make your way along the trail, you will encounter several points of interest.

At around 0.49 kilometers from the start, you will come across the beautiful Estanh dera Lòssa. This tranquil lake is a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Further along the trail, at approximately 3.04 kilometers from the start, you will pass by the picturesque Lac deth Cap de Rencules and Lac deth Port de Caldes. These stunning bodies of water offer a refreshing sight amidst the challenging hike.

As you continue on, be sure to stop by the Port de Caldes at 3.82 kilometers from the start. This saddle offers a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape and is a great place to capture some memorable photos.

Midway through the hike, at 5.74 kilometers from the start, you will reach the serene Estany Clot. This peaceful lake is a perfect spot to rest and refuel before continuing on the trail.

Throughout the route, you will also come across various water sources, information points, and other points of interest that add to the overall experience of the hike.
