This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you on a challenging 19.5-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 2155 meters in the beautiful area of Torre de la Palanca.
Starting at the trailhead, you'll pass by the picturesque Lago Bajero around the 4.56-kilometer mark. As you continue, you'll reach the peak of Torre Peñalba at 9.15 kilometers from the start, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Midway through the hike, at approximately 6.75 kilometers from the start, you'll come across the scenic saddle of Vega de Asotín, a great spot to take a break and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Make sure to refill your water supply at the drinking water point located just 0.01 kilometers from the start to stay hydrated throughout the challenging trek.
As you approach the end of the hike, you'll reach the impressive Torre Delgado Úbeda at 9.19 kilometers from the start, followed by the final destination of Torre de la Palanca at 9.76 kilometers, offering panoramic views as a rewarding end to your journey.
