Hiking : Punta Erbing

This challenging out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning Punta Erbing in the picturesque area. The trail spans a distance of 8.614 kilometers with an elevation gain of 836 meters, making it a difficult yet rewarding journey.

As you start your hike, you'll come across the Pousa de Zumèles information point and a historic wayside cross at around 1.62 kilometers into the trail. Along the way, you'll also find a cozy alpine hut and a convenient parking area for hikers.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 2.79 kilometers, you'll reach Forcella Zumèles, a natural saddle offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. Make sure to stop by the Croda dei Zestelis peak, located 4.2 kilometers from the start, although it is slightly off the main trail.

As you approach the endpoint, the Punta Erbing peak at 4.31 kilometers will be the highlight of the hike, providing panoramic views of the area. Additionally, a viewpoint at 2.64 kilometers offers a perfect spot to rest and admire the scenery.
