Welcome to the hiking route to Jahnturm! This challenging 8.999-kilometer out-and-back trail will take you on a journey through the stunning alpine landscape of the area.
Starting off at the parking area, you will begin your adventure surrounded by lush greenery. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across the Gafadurahütte alpine hut at 1.86 kilometers from the start, offering a cozy spot to rest and refuel.
Continuing onwards, you'll pass by the Drei Schwestern peak at 4.5 kilometers from the start, providing breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Be sure to stop by the waterfall located just 0.11 kilometers away for a refreshing break.
Further along the trail, you'll encounter the Sattelspitz peak at 3.03 kilometers from the start and the Wolan peak at 4.5 kilometers from the start. These peaks offer a challenging but rewarding climb with stunning vistas.
At the 4.5-kilometer mark, you'll reach the Jahnturm peak, where you can take in the sweeping views of the landscape below. Nearby, you'll find the Gafadurahütte information point at 1.97 kilometers from the start and the Prafazei information point at 3.48 kilometers from the start, providing valuable insights into the area.
As you make your way back along the trail, be sure to rest at the shelter at 0.95 kilometers from the start and take a moment to appreciate the natural beauty that surrounds you.
