Welcome to the Philosophenweg hiking route!

Located in a beautiful area, this super easy trail spans approximately 1 kilometer with an elevation gain of 38 meters, making it perfect for hikers of all levels.

Starting at the Falkenstein parking area, the trail leads you through lush greenery and serene surroundings. The Rachelwand climbing spot is one of the first points of interest you'll encounter, just 0.11 kilometers from the start.

As you continue on, you'll pass by Wanderparkplatz Hohe Asten, a convenient spot for a quick break or to start your journey. Along the way, you'll also find benches for resting and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

Midway through the hike, at the 0.5 kilometer mark, you'll come across a refreshing water source as well as the Klettergarten Flintsbach climbing area with different sections to explore.

For a bit of historical charm, the wayside cross dedicated to Martin Reinhart stands at 0.5 kilometers from the start, providing a glimpse into the area's past.

Although the trail is short, be sure to bring water and check the weather forecast before heading out. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned hiker, the Philosophenweg route offers a delightful outdoor adventure with picturesque scenery and interesting points of interest to discover.
