Continuing on, at around 2.57 kilometers into the hike, you will come across a shelter and information points like Freiberghaus-Gildensteig and Baumgartneralm. Further along the trail, at 4.3 kilometers, you will reach Regalmspitze, a peak worth visiting for its stunning views.

Throughout the hike, you will encounter several historic landmarks and points of interest such as wayside crosses, memorials, and information points. Remember to stay hydrated and pack enough water for the journey, as well as checking the weather forecast before heading out.

As this is an out-and-back route, you will retrace your steps on the way back to the starting point. Be prepared for a strenuous hike but the breathtaking views and sense of accomplishment at reaching Regalmwand will make it all worth it.
