This challenging hiking route will take you on a 9.98-kilometer circular journey through a beautiful alpine landscape. Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before beginning the hike.
As you make your way along the trail, you will pass by several points of interest. About 3.1 kilometers into the hike, you will reach an informative sign providing details about the area. Further along the trail, at the 3.16-kilometer mark, you will find the Scheibenwaldhütte, a cozy alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy a meal.
Continuing on, at the 3.84-kilometer mark, you will encounter a historic site known as the gallows, adding a unique element to your hiking experience. As you approach the 4.83-kilometer mark, you will reach the Bärenhütte, a restaurant and alpine hut where you can rest and refuel before continuing your journey.
Along the way, you will also find benches and informative signs providing insights into the surrounding nature and history. A climbing wall is located nearby for those looking for an extra challenge.
