This hiking route to Capu d'Orto is located in a beautiful area with stunning natural features. The route is an out-and-back type with a total distance of 13.563 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1399 meters, making it an extremely difficult hike that will challenge even experienced hikers.

As you start the hike, you will come across Camping Funtana a l'Ora, a campsite located just 0.14 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This is a great spot to set up base camp before starting your ascent. As you continue on, at 3.58 kilometers from the start, you will reach Foce d'Ortu, a saddle point offering amazing views of the surrounding area.

Further along the trail, at 4.29 kilometers from the start, you will find Fontaine de Piazza Moninca, a spring where you can replenish your water supply. This is a crucial point to refill your water bottles as you continue on the challenging journey to Capu d'Orto.

At 5.08 kilometers from the start, there is an information point providing interesting facts about the area. This is a great opportunity to take a break, learn more about the environment, and appreciate the unique ecosystem surrounding you.

As you near the peak, at 6.78 kilometers from the start, you will finally reach Capu d'Orto, the highest point of the hike. Take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the landscape as a reward for your hard work and determination.
