This extremely difficult hiking route will take you to the stunning peaks of Puig de Mont-roig and Pèl-de-ca in the beautiful area of Pèl-de-ca. The route is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 12.528 kilometers and an elevation gain of 941 meters, so be prepared for a challenging adventure.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before venturing into the trail. Just a short distance into the hike, at 0.03 kilometers from the start, you will find a restaurant where you can grab a meal or snack before continuing on your journey.

As you make your way further along the trail, you will reach an information point named R100 El Port at 2.54 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to learn more about the area and take a short break before continuing your ascent.

Midway through the hike, at around 5.24 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Puig de Mont-roig. Take some time to enjoy the breathtaking views before pushing on towards the final destination.

At 6.26 kilometers from the start, you will reach the towering peak of Pèl-de-ca. This is the highlight of the hike, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks to refuel before starting the descent back to the starting point.
