Welcome to the hiking route on Schöntalstrasse! This easy route covers a distance of 2.551 kilometers with an elevation gain of 68 meters, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.
Starting at the parking area at the trailhead, you will embark on a journey through scenic natural surroundings. Be sure to bring a water bottle and check the weather forecast before setting out.

About midway through the hike, you will come across the shelter where you can take a break and enjoy the surrounding views. Further along the trail, at a distance of 1.28 kilometers from the start, you will reach a peak known as Spitzenflüeli. While this peak is not directly on the trail, it is worth a visit for panoramic views of the area.
Continuing on, at 1.15 kilometers from the start, you will reach another peak called Ankenballen. This peak offers unique vistas and is a great spot for a rest before heading back.
