This challenging 7.958-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Furlanovo zavetišče pri Abramu. The trail features an elevation gain of 223 meters and should take about 2 hours and 23 minutes to complete.

Starting from the parking area at the trailhead, you will first come across a monument called Spomenik NOB about 3.36 kilometers into the hike. This historic landmark is located off the trail but is worth a visit for its significance.

As you continue on the trail, about 3.42 kilometers in, you will pass by a restaurant where you can stop for some sustenance. Then, at the 3.43-kilometer mark, you will reach the alpine hut, Furlanovo zavetišče pri Abramu, where you can take a break and enjoy the stunning mountain views.

Although the Lovska koča Nanos alpine hut is located about 100 meters off the trail, it's a great spot to visit if you have the time. Just make sure to factor in the extra distance if you decide to detour to this accommodation spot.

Before embarking on this hike, make sure to bring plenty of water, wear sturdy hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast. The trail's difficulty is considered difficult due to its length and elevation gain, so be prepared for a challenging but rewarding adventure.
