This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area around Φαρμακοβούνι. The trail is 32.225 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 1111.0 meters, making it an extremely difficult hike that will challenge even experienced hikers. As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. About 3.44 kilometers into the hike, you will reach Ζευκτό Γεφυράκι Στο Γηρομέρι, an attraction that is worth a visit. Continuing on, at the 16.11 kilometer mark, you will find Φαρμακοβούνι, a peak that offers stunning views of the surrounding area.

Along the way, there are water sources at the 14.37 and 15.49 kilometer marks, providing opportunities to refill your water bottles. Additionally, at the 14.4 kilometer mark, there is a shelter where you can take a rest and have a meal. Another interesting stop on the trail is the cave entrance Όσιος Νείλος, located at the beginning of the hike.
