As you begin your journey, you'll come across the Hörnlesee, a picturesque lake located just 1.36 kilometers from the start of the trail. This serene spot is perfect for a peaceful break and to take in the beauty of the area.

Along the way, you'll also find the Schnitzlertal-Alpe, a cozy restaurant nestled in the mountainside where you can refuel and enjoy some local cuisine. This is a perfect spot to rest and recharge before continuing your hike.

Further along the trail, at around 1.55 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Hörnle-See, another beautiful lake that offers a tranquil setting to relax and take in the views.
