This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area around آبشار هفت چشمه (Seven Springs Waterfall). The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 2.984 kilometers and an elevation gain of 74 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area at the trailhead. From there, you will walk through the scenic landscape until you reach a lovely spring (چشمه) located 1.2 kilometers from the starting point. This is a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Continuing on, at the 1.49-kilometer mark, you will encounter the stunning Seven Springs Waterfall (آبشار هفت چشمه). This natural beauty is a great place to rest, have a snack, and take in the sights and sounds of the cascading water.

On your way back, you can stop at one of the restaurants nearby, such as رستوران هفت چشمه, for a meal before heading back to the parking area.
