The route covers a distance of approximately 12.96 kilometers with an elevation gain of 534 meters, making it extremely difficult and suitable for experienced hikers. It is an out-and-back trail, which means you will retrace your steps on the way back.

As you begin your journey, you will come across a drinking water station located just 22.59 meters from the trail. It is important to stay hydrated throughout the hike, so make sure to refill your water bottles here. Additionally, there is a parking area very close to the start of the trail, just 1.41 meters away, providing convenient access for those driving to the trailhead.

Around 2.9 kilometers into the hike, you will find a traditional tavern named "Παραδοσιακό ταβέρνα 'αλλού ποθές'", where you can enjoy a meal and take a break before continuing on your journey.

As you make your way further along the trail, at approximately 5.87 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a peak with stunning views. This spot is perfect for a rest and some photos to capture the breathtaking scenery.

Midway through the hike, at 6.48 kilometers from the start, there is another peak waiting to be explored. Take your time to enjoy the panoramic views before heading back towards the starting point.
