Starting at the trailhead, you will come across the Berghaus Hintisberg Oberläger, a cozy restaurant just 0.04 kilometers from the start where you can grab a bite before beginning your journey. As you continue, at around 4.37 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a picnic site where you can take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature.
One of the highlights of the route is the Oberberghorn viewpoint, located at 5.71 kilometers from the start. Here, you can admire panoramic views of the region and perhaps spot some wildlife. The Daube viewpoint is also a must-see, situated midway through the hike at 4.96 kilometers from the start.
