Welcome to the Sulinar - Brașov hiking route! This route is a 5.864-kilometer circular trail with an elevation gain of 709 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 3 hours and 7 minutes to complete.
The hike starts at a parking area just 30 meters away from the beginning of the trail. As you follow the trail, you'll come across various points of interest. About 2.21 kilometers into the hike, you'll find the Yager Chalet, a cozy alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
Further along the trail, at around 1.62 kilometers in, you'll come across Lacul Poiana Ruia, a beautiful water feature where you can rest and take in the peaceful scenery.
At the peak of Cristianu, approximately 2.25 kilometers from the start, you'll be treated to breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area.
As you continue on the trail, you'll also pass by Dudes Pub, a bar located 2.76 kilometers from the start where you can stop for some refreshments.
Throughout the hike, you'll also encounter various viewpoints and springs, offering unique opportunities to appreciate the natural beauty of the area.
