This route is a circular trail that covers a distance of 11.071 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1040 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 5 hours and 9 minutes to complete. The trail offers stunning views and various points of interest along the way.
Starting from the trailhead, you will pass by a parking area at the beginning of the hike. About 0.05 kilometers in, there is a drinking water spot where you can refill your bottles. As you continue, you will come across the Torre di Roncisvalle, an information point just 0.03 kilometers from the start.
Midway through the hike, at around 2.56 kilometers from the start, you will find a viewpoint called Cràp de la Guardia, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding area. A little further ahead, at 2.51 kilometers, you will reach Cràp de la Guardia, a notable rock formation that is worth a visit.
Further along the trail, you will encounter several other interesting rock formations, such as Cràp di Belandin, Cràp de la Gigula, Cràp di Culéé, Curnasci, Cràp Gianc, and Còrna di Mafìna. These natural wonders add to the charm of the hike and provide great photo opportunities.
As you approach the end of the trail, be sure to stop by the benches at 0.01 and 0.03 kilometers from the start to rest and take in the surroundings. Additionally, there are more benches and an information point at 0.05 kilometers from the start, providing you with useful insights about the area.
