As you begin your journey, you will pass by the serene Seewensee, located 2.42 kilometers from the start of the trail. Further along, at 3.41 kilometers, you will encounter a beautiful waterfall, adding to the scenic beauty of the hike. The Alte Sewenhütte ruins, situated 3.68 kilometers into the hike, provide a glimpse into the area's historic past.

For nature lovers, the trail also features the Sewenstöss information point and the Sewenalp, both offering insights into the local flora and fauna. At the 5.16-kilometer mark, you will reach the peak of Spitzplanggenstock, rewarding you with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.
