As you start your journey at Parking de Lintre, make sure to pack plenty of water and snacks for the hike. The trail will lead you past information points and viewpoints, offering stunning vistas of the surrounding landscape. The Altisurface de Saint-Roch Mayères is a bit off the trail but worth the extra distance for a unique experience.

After about 3.18 kilometers, you'll reach the Refuge de Mayères, where you can take a break and enjoy the rustic alpine hut. From there, you can continue on the trail or turn back for a challenging out-and-back hike.
