Midway through the hike, you will encounter the highlight of the route, the "Peña de Santullán" peak situated 3.06 kilometers from the starting point. The peak offers stunning panoramic views and is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

As this is an out-and-back route, you will retrace your steps on the way back, passing by the previously visited points of interest.
