This hiking route takes you through a scenic area with lush vegetation and beautiful views. The trail is 3.895 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 70 meters, making it an easy and manageable hike for all skill levels.
As you start your journey, you will come across Buck Tank, a natural water feature located just 0.88 kilometers from the trailhead. This is a great spot to take a break and admire the surrounding landscape.
Further along the trail, at around 1.95 kilometers from the start, you will reach Jerry Tank, another water source where you can rest and replenish your supplies.
For those driving to the trailhead, there is a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. Additionally, there is a picnic site at Lynx Lake - North Shore Picnic Site, which is situated near the trail but requires a small detour.
As you make your way back, you will encounter an information point approximately 0.28 kilometers from the start, where you can learn more about the area and its history.
