This hiking route takes you through a challenging 17.086-kilometer trail that offers stunning views and historical points of interest. Starting from the trailhead near Maison de Sébastien Fabri, you will pass by a few information points and a monastery. As you continue on the trail, you will come across a spring, picnic site, and a wayside shrine.
Midway through the hike, you will reach Refuge de Rabuons, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy some rest. The elevation gain of 1389 meters makes this hike extremely difficult, so make sure to be well-prepared with plenty of water and snacks.
Along the route, you will also find water sources, such as fountains and a cave à bière for sustenance. If you need information or assistance, there are several information points scattered throughout the trail.
