This extremely difficult hiking route will take you to the stunning Refuge des Lacs de Vens, located in a beautiful alpine area. The total distance of the hike is 12.309 kilometers with an elevation gain of 784 meters, so be prepared for a challenging adventure.

As you start your journey, you will come across Parking P1, which is conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. Remember to bring plenty of water and snacks as there are no water sources until you reach Lacs de Vens, which is 4.2 kilometers away from the start. This serene spot is perfect for a rest and maybe a quick snack break.

Continuing on, at around 6.15 kilometers from the start, you will reach Refuge des Lacs de Vens. This alpine hut offers a cozy place to take a break, enjoy the views, and even spend the night if you're planning a multi-day trek.
