This hike will take you on a circular route around Monte Coltignone, offering beautiful views and varying landscapes. The total distance of the hike is approximately 3.85 kilometers with an elevation gain of 188 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey towards Rifugio S.E.L. "Rocca-Locatelli", a restaurant located just 0.04 kilometers away from the trail. This is a perfect spot to grab a bite to eat before heading further into the hike.

As you continue on the trail, you will pass by several viewpoints and information points, such as "Il controllo della stratigrafia sulle miniere dei Piani Resinelli" and "Piani Resinelli", where you can learn more about the area's history and geology. These are great places to take a break and soak in the surroundings.

Midway through the hike, you will reach the peaks of Il Coltignoncino, Torrione Diaz, Monte Coltignone, and Cima di Calolden, each offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Be sure to take some time to appreciate the natural beauty of these peaks.

Towards the end of the hike, you will pass by Ristorante La Meridiana, a restaurant located right on the trail where you can refuel and relax before completing the loop back to the parking area.
