This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Torrente Valle Meria, offering a moderate level of difficulty with a distance of 6.593 kilometers and an elevation gain of 406 meters.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail which is convenient for hikers. Continuing on, at around 3.3 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter two stunning waterfalls along Torrente Valle Meria. Take a moment to appreciate the natural beauty and perhaps even refresh yourself with the cool, cascading water.

Along the way, there are also several points of interest such as a peak and various information centers to learn more about the area's history and wildlife. Remember to stay hydrated, especially as you reach the drinking water stations located at various points along the trail.

On your way back, make sure to visit the Itinerario della Memoria, a memorial dedicated to the partisans who fought in the Grigne mountains. The route is an out-and-back type, so you will retrace your steps back to the starting point.
