This extremely difficult hiking route covers a distance of 15.443 kilometers with an elevation gain of 724 meters, taking approximately 5 hours and 23 minutes to complete. The trail starts in a picturesque area near Piazza Guglielmo Marconi and offers various points of interest along the way.

At the beginning of the hike, you will find parking facilities close to the trail to leave your vehicle. As you progress, you will pass by historical monuments such as the "Scritta Antrodoco" made of bolts and a monumental level crossing. Around 7.72 kilometers into the hike, you will reach Rifugio Borgovelino, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy the scenic surroundings.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 7.72 kilometers from the start, you will come across a water source at a distance of 38.76 meters from the trail. This will be a good spot to refill your water bottle and rest before continuing on. Additionally, at 5.18 kilometers from the start, there are information points along the trail providing insights into the area's history and natural features.

Towards the end of the hike, at a distance of 5.05 kilometers from the beginning, you will reach a peak with stunning views of the landscape. This can be a rewarding spot to pause and take in the beauty of the surroundings before making your way back.
