This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you to St. Eloi Mountain, offering stunning views and challenging terrain. The 19.835 kilometer trail has an elevation gain of 1055 meters and is estimated to take about 7 hours and 13 minutes to complete.
Starting off at the trailhead, you'll pass by parking areas before reaching your first water point at 0.12 kilometers in. Make sure to fill up your water bottles here, as the next water source is not on the trail and is further ahead at 0.12 kilometers. Around the 2.72 kilometer mark, you'll find another parking area to leave your vehicle before continuing on the trail.
As you trek along, you'll eventually reach St. Eloi Mountain at 9.92 kilometers. This peak offers panoramic views of the surrounding area and is a great spot to take a break before heading back. The trail is challenging due to its length and elevation gain, so make sure to come prepared with plenty of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear.
