This hiking route takes you through the beautiful Fossil Rock sand track area. The trail is an out-and-back route with a total distance of 4.454 kilometers and an elevation gain of 0 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area just 2.01 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along, at around 2.23 kilometers, you will discover the Mleiha Umm an-Nar Tomb, an archaeological site that offers a glimpse into the region's rich history.

Near the end of the trail, at the Fossil Rock end of all cars road, you will find another parking area, providing a convenient spot for those driving to the trailhead. Additionally, a cozy cafe awaits you at 2.23 kilometers, where you can take a break and refuel before heading back.

For a breathtaking view of the surroundings, a viewpoint is located at the same spot as the cafe, offering a perfect vantage point to admire the natural beauty of the area.

Before embarking on this hike, ensure you bring an ample water supply, as the desert climate can be harsh.
