Welcome to the Buchholz hiking route! This moderate 6.134-kilometer out-and-back trail offers a pleasant outdoor experience with an elevation gain of 35 meters. The hike is expected to take around 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area conveniently located right at the trailhead. Feel free to park your vehicle here before embarking on your adventure.

Around 1.42 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter a Didaktische Tafel, an informational board providing insights about the surrounding area. Take a moment to learn more about the flora, fauna, and history of the region.

As you continue along the trail, you will find a bench at the 1.39-kilometer mark, offering a perfect spot to rest and admire the scenery. Additionally, another bench can be found at the 2.98-kilometer point, providing hikers with another opportunity to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

Midway through the route, at the 3.07-kilometer mark, you will discover two water features, adding a serene touch to your hike. Take a refreshing break by these natural elements before heading back on the trail.
