This hiking route, known as the "Cammino delle Abbazie," is located in a picturesque area with stunning views and historic landmarks. Starting at the Adventure Camp Resort Monti Ernici, hikers will venture into the rugged terrain, passing by the ruins of Santissima Trinità at the beginning of the trail. As you make your way further along the path, you will come across Aia della Rotonaria, a viewpoint offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscape.

Midway through the hike, you will reach Monte Rotonaria, a peak that provides an opportunity to catch your breath and take in the breathtaking scenery. Be sure to stay hydrated along the way by refilling your water bottles at the drinking water stations conveniently located at various points along the trail.

As you make your way back towards the starting point, you will pass by the Croce wayside cross, a historic landmark that adds to the charm of the route.
