Welcome to Galtalmweg hiking route! This challenging 6.44 km out-and-back trail offers stunning views and an elevation gain of 792 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding adventure.
Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey through the picturesque landscape. Along the way, you will find a convenient restaurant called Krepperhütte, located right at the start of the trail for any last-minute snacks or meals. About 1.16 km into the hike, you'll come across an information point named Wegweiser, providing helpful insights into the area.
As you continue onwards, at around 2.21 km mark, you'll find a drinking water station for a quick refill. Further along the trail at 3.1 km, there is a bench where you can rest and take in the surrounding beauty. Just a bit further, at 3.1 km, you will reach Largoz peak, offering breathtaking panoramic views as a reward for your efforts.
At approximately 3.22 km, there are two water points for your convenience. As you trek back, make sure to stop by these spots to rehydrate. Additionally, at 1.32 km, there is a viewpoint just a short distance off the trail, providing a perfect photo opportunity.
