Welcome to the Largozweg hiking route, a challenging 6.94 km out-and-back trail that offers stunning views and a variety of points of interest along the way.
Located in a beautiful natural area, this hike features an elevation gain of 713 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek for experienced hikers. It is important to come prepared with plenty of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear.
As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area (0.0 km) where you can leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. Approximately 1.32 km into the hike, you will find a viewpoint that offers a breathtaking perspective of the surrounding landscape.
Along the trail, there are several water sources located at different distances from the trail. The first water point is located at 3.33 km, followed by two more at 3.47 km. Additionally, you will encounter a restaurant called Krepperhütte at the beginning of the hike, where you can relax and refuel before continuing on.
Information points are also scattered throughout the trail, providing insights into the area's history and landmarks. Look out for the Wegweiser zum Haneburger at 3.33 km and the Wegweiser at 1.16 km.
For your convenience, drinking water stations are available at 2.21 km and 2.25 km, allowing you to stay hydrated during your hike.
