This hiking route explores the beautiful area around Cerro Pilón de Azúcar. The trail is relatively short, with a distance of 0.893 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it super easy and suitable for hikers of all levels.

Starting at the trailhead, hikers will first pass by Playa del Pilón, a picturesque beach located just 69.6 meters from the trail. This is a great spot to take in the coastal scenery and maybe even dip your toes in the water.

Continuing along the trail, you will then reach Cerro Pilón de Azúcar, a peak that stands out in the landscape. This point is about 0.45 kilometers from the start and offers panoramic views of the surrounding area. Make sure to bring your camera to capture the stunning vistas.

At the same location as Cerro Pilón de Azúcar, there is also a viewpoint that provides even more opportunities to admire the landscape. From here, you can see the beach, the peak, and the lush greenery that surrounds you.
