The trail begins at the parking lot, located just 0.05 kilometers from the start. As you embark on your journey, you will pass by the Refuge Jean Coderch and the Refuge des Cortalets, both offering accommodation options along the trail.

Throughout the hike, you will encounter various water sources, including Font Nostre, where you can refill your water supply. The trail also features Porteille de Valmanya, a natural saddle located 4 kilometers from the start, offering breathtaking views of the surroundings.
