This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area surrounding Falkomaisee, also known as Lago Falcomai. The total distance of the hike is approximately 11.6 kilometers with an elevation gain of 606 meters, making it a difficult trail that will take around 4 hours to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area at the trailhead. From there, you will make your way through the lush landscape, with the first point of interest being the Leger Alm, a restaurant where you can refuel and rest at around 4.1 kilometers into the hike.

Continuing on, at approximately 2.5 kilometers from the start, you will find the Mariolberger Alm, another alpine hut where you can enjoy some local cuisine. Further along the trail at the 4.8-kilometer mark, you will reach the Außere Falkomai Alm, offering another opportunity to relax and take in the surroundings.

One of the highlights of the hike is Falkomaisee - Lago Falcomai, located around 5.4 kilometers from the start. This beautiful lake provides a serene setting to rest and enjoy the views before heading back on the trail.
