This hiking route is a super easy circular trail that spans approximately 0.844 kilometers with no elevation gain. The trail is located in the urban area of Medellín, offering a leisurely walk with various points of interest along the way.
Starting at the trailhead, you will come across a parking area at the very beginning of the hike. As you continue, about 0.26 kilometers into the trail, you will reach Cerro Nutibara, a peak that offers panoramic views of the surrounding area. Nearby, there is also a fountain and a drinking water station to refill your supplies.
Further along the trail, at approximately 0.36 kilometers from the start, you will find a sculpture park called Parque de las Esculturas, unfortunately located off the trail. This park showcases various artworks and is open daily from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Continuing on, at 0.41 kilometers from the starting point, you will reach PUEBLO PAISA, a viewpoint where you can take in breathtaking views of the urban landscape. Additionally, there is a viewpoint with limited wheelchair access nearby.
Throughout the hike, you will also come across other amenities such as a parking area, artwork displays, and more viewpoints offering different perspectives of the city.
