The trail begins in a beautiful natural area surrounded by the Parco Naturale Regionale dei Monti Simbruini. As you start your hike, you will come across various points of interest along the way. You will find a parking area at the beginning of the trail, followed by water sources at 0.15 kilometers into the hike.
Midway through the route, at 15.76 kilometers, you will reach Rifuglio Colle Mozzone, an alpine hut where you can rest and enjoy the stunning views of the surroundings. The trail also passes by Passo Serra Sant Antonio, a saddle located 11.31 kilometers from the start, offering a unique landscape to admire.
