This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area of Camí dels Motllats, offering stunning views and a moderate level of difficulty. The total distance of the route is approximately 6.859 kilometers, with an elevation gain of 172.0 meters.
As you begin your hike, you will come across the Refugi Musté Recasens, an alpine hut located right at the starting point. This is a great spot to rest and refuel before continuing on your journey. Just a short distance away, you will find the Font de Joan XXIII, a drinking water source where you can fill up your water bottles.
Further along the trail, about 1.8 kilometers from the start, you will reach La Foradada, a notable attraction in the area. This is a great place to stop and take in the impressive scenery. As you continue on, you will come across La Coroneta, a peak located around 0.74 kilometers from the start, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.
For those interested in exploring caves, there are several cave entrances along the route, including Cova del Codó and Cova de la Moneda. These caves offer a unique opportunity to delve into the natural wonders of the area.
