This hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Buca del contatto - Cresta N Monte Cavallo. The trail is an out-and-back type with a total distance of 4.182 kilometers and an elevation gain of 689 meters, making it a difficult hike.

At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area with no fees. As you continue on the trail, you will come across Campeggio Val Serenaia, a campsite located 0.12 kilometers from the start, providing a good resting spot for hikers. About midway through the hike, you will reach Pizzo Maggiore, a peak offering stunning panoramic views.

Along the way, there are information points for hikers to learn more about the area and its surroundings. As you near the end of the trail, you will encounter Foce Altare, a saddle point located 2.09 kilometers from the start.
