This hiking route takes you through a breathtaking area with stunning views and challenging terrain. The trail is 10.948 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 720 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 4 hours and 20 minutes to complete.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by a parking area and a charming restaurant called Dorfgasthaus Halltat, where you can grab a bite to eat before your adventure. As you continue on the trail, you will come across several natural water sources, perfect for refilling your water bottle. These water points are located at various distances from the trail, so make sure to plan your stops accordingly.

About midway through the hike, you will have the opportunity to visit the peak called Haselspitz, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This is a great spot to take a break and soak in the beauty of the area before continuing on.

The highlight of this hike is reaching the destination point, the peak of Hohe Student. This peak is located 5.47 kilometers from the start of the trail and offers stunning views that are well worth the effort to reach. Once you reach the summit, take some time to enjoy the magnificent scenery before heading back the way you came.
